Well this week was more of the same walleyes in close west of the river , less sheep when you drifted on your waypoints and the steelie fishing was hot out on the 38 to 42 line off of lorain to avon point, 35 to 45 down, lots of multiple hookups, would have been great if the wind would not blow so hard from the north east...copper and orange spoons were the best but cat/dog, greasy chicken wing, and copper watermelon. Dipseys, at 135-150 on a #3, 90-100 on a #2, and 70-75 on a #1 with riggers 37 and 45 and 30 jets 150 back.. good luck and hang on.. Perch in 41 ft north of the river. |
