Use caution when ice fishing on Lake Erie. Ice conditions are extremely variable and can change quickly.

Where: There have been reports of walleye being caught through the ice, mostly within a few miles of Catawba State Park.
How: Most anglers are jigging with spoons tipped with emerald shiners.
